Great location, right on the main street and close to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. the design of the hotel was modern and had some nice touches. the bathtub in the room was a nice addition.

the air conditioning unit in our room was leaking water, which was a safety hazard.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was right in the center of all the action and only a short walk away from the beach. This made it very easy for us to explore the area and try out different clubs and shops. As we arrived, the hotel arranged for our transfer from the airport, and they were so helpful throughout our entire stay. The staff members communicated with us frequently and were always there to assist us with any queries or needs we had.

Friendly staff, central location, cute and modern interior, free breakfast at nearby restaurant, felt safe as a solo woman.

The location of the hotel is a major advantage. It is super close to the beach and conveniently located in the middle of the shopping district. You can easily access restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel is also not too far from the public beach, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful coastline.

There were a few drawbacks. The noise level can be quite high due to the hotel's location on a bustling street.

During my stay at Unic Design Hotel - 5Th Avenue, I was amazed by the tasteful and stylish decor of the rooms. The attention to detail and the feminine energy in the luxury junior suite I booked were truly impressive. I also enjoyed the convenience of the location, with shops, restaurants, and beautiful beaches just a short walk away. The breakfast, although simple, was a delightful start to my day, especially with the fresh orange juice. Despite some noise from the surrounding bars at night, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
